The locking cabinet is landscape green color and designed for outdoor extreme weather conditions. The cabinet stands on a solid support base to maintain a level installation. Within the cabinet you'll find a cooling fan with cross flow ventilation. The compressor plugs into a built in outlet. All components are protected within. The heat protection hose leads externally and all you have to do is connect your air hose. Very simple to install and operate. The cabinet should be located above pond water level and flood zone and within 50 feet of the shore. Do not bury.

Adding a sub-surface aeration system is the perfect way to increase your pond's or lake's water quality and oxygen levels while maintaining its natural appearance. Sub-surface aerators utilize diffuser modules that sit at the bottom of your pond and are connected by weighted tubing to an air compressor on shore. The compressor pumps much-needed air to the very bottom of the pond to de-stratify the water column and infuse oxygen into the water. The membrane on the diffuser breaks the air into tiny bubbles, which are released into the pond. As these bubbles rise to the surface, they carry the low-oxygen bottom water upwards, where it mixes with the oxygen-rich surface water. The constant mixing causes the water column to de-stratify, allowing harmful gases to be released into the atmosphere.

Kasco Robust-Aire System Replacement Parts

Matala Air Disc Diffusers are available in 3", 7", 9" and 12" diameter sizes. Made of high quality EPDM rubber for use in water gardens, aquaculture and waste water treatment industries. Precision perforated I-shaped slits open when airflow is present and close when airflow is stopped, which increases durability and longevity, as well as cleanliness.  These diffusers offer the lowest back pressure in the market.

MD-3W and MD-7W have weighted bases. MDB11 and MDB22 features a hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel.

These discs are very low maintenance and in some cases no maintenance. Simply wash the disc with clean water and bleach if it ever needs cleaning.

Durable self weighted diffuser stones made from fused alumina under ultra high temperature and pressure. Suitable for wide range of water conditions, washable and reusable, will not disintegrate over time.

Matala Hakko Air Tube Diffusers are designed to be a drop-in system. The rubber membrane is wrapped around a hollow PVC tube. The air holes are a little larger than other brands, so you get medium-sized bubbles which do not clog and put very little back-pressure on your system. This means very low maintenance and effective aeration system.

Matala Heavy Duty Air Manifolds are built tough. Heavy brass construction for dependable use. The manifolds are available in 2-way or 4-way. The inlet barb which connects to the air pump is a 3/4" barb. The outlet barbs are available in 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8".
