Pond Shield is a non-toxic epoxy coating designed to waterproof even the toughest water feature projects - ponds, fountains, waterfalls, pools, and more! A safer alternative to using muriatic acid, it is designed to clean calcium deposits out of the surface pores of concrete and other concrete types of substrates. It can also be used to clean a variety of other surfaces such as metals and painted surfaces (test on a small surface before committing to full use). This technology is formulated to dissolve carbonates which hold scale and other deposits together in mass. After the carbonates are cleaned and dissolved, the sulfates such as iron, calcium, (lime), magnesium and other insoluble materials fall from the surface when rinsed away.

It is a safe replacement for other types of acid such as muriatic, phosphoric, citric and others. It uses a low pH organic salt to replace traditional mineral and organic acids. It is safe on metals such as aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. It clings to vertical surfaces. It is bio-degradable and phosphate free and classified as a low-irritation to skin. The formula is low V.O.C. and complies to California Air Resource Board (C.A.R.B.) Cleaning Standards.

Crack RX is a light gray polyurethane caulk used to seal and close small gaps and cracks in the substrate prior to applying Pond Shield nontoxic epoxy. Applied with a simple caulk gun, Crack RX is capable of bridging even large cracks. It dries fast and once cured, it can be sanded and painted over. Will bond to porous and nonporous surfaces and is completely cured within 24 hours. Has excellent tear and general abrasion resistance as well.

Pond Shield primer is a bright white acrylic polyurethane base that can be used on a variety of surface types such as wood, concrete, brick, block, steel and other metals, and many more. Its primary function is to aid in filling small pit holes and such in rough surfaces like concrete. In doing so, this can eliminate many types of problems that occur with certain substrates such as outgassing (where unwanted bubbles for in the finished coating). Pond Shield Primer will displace the air in these tiny holes making it easier for you to apply Pond Shield nontoxic epoxy. Being bright white in color, Pond Shield Primer also allows you to even out the color of the substrate you plan to coat with Pond Shield nontoxic epoxy.
